<image:title>About - CAROLINE BRADLEY</image:title>
<image:caption>My name is Caroline Bradley, and I am a qualified PGA golf professional, Anatomy in Motion practitioner, and personal trainer with a lifelong passion for coaching and human movement. Throughout my career, I have been fascinated by how the body moves and why so many people struggle with mobility, efficiency, and accessing their full physical potential—whether in everyday life or sport. This interest led me to study human movement in greater depth through Anatomy in Motion, where I developed a clearer understanding of the body as a complete three-dimensional system. I learned how each joint functions under both optimal and restricted conditions, and how movement limitations can lead to compensation patterns, pain, injury, and reduced performance. A key part of my work involves understanding how previous injuries—such as ankle sprains, fractures, or long-term compensations—can influence posture, gait, and overall movement quality. By observing how a person stands, moves, and walks, I can begin to understand the unique story their body is telling.</image:caption>

<image:title>Anatomy in Motion 3D Biomechanics - WHAT IS HOLDING YOUR PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES BACK</image:title>
<image:caption>I use Anatomy in Motion to give elite golfers a deeper and more precise understanding of how their body truly moves, allowing me to correct swing positions by addressing the root cause, rather than just the symptom. My process starts by analysing a player’s resting posture, before progressing to their dynamic posture and how they move within that resting state—revealing how well they can adapt, load, and organise their body under movement demands. I then build on this by breaking down the human gait cycle in detail, to show how each phase of the cycle contributes to (or limits) a player’s ability to transfer force, rotate efficiently, and perform at a high level. By combining these layers of analysis, I can uncover compensations that directly influence swing mechanics and performance. To achieve this, a highly sophisticated force plate provides valuable insight into how a player organises themselves in a static position, highlighting imbalances and inefficiencies that may be limiting performance before the swing even begins. Alongside this, I use OnForm as my coaching platform, enabling detailed video analysis and clear communication so players can see, understand, and retain changes more effectively over time. Together, these tools create a complete picture—from how you stand, to how you move, to how you perform—allowing for highly targeted, personalised coaching at the highest level.</image:caption>

<image:title>Anatomy in Motion 3D Biomechanics - AiM</image:title>
<image:caption>Anatomy in Motion founded by Gary Ward, is a comprehensive approach to understanding and restoring natural human movement, built around the idea that the body functions as an interconnected system rather than isolated parts. It focuses heavily on gait—how we walk—as a foundational pattern that influences all other movements, including sport-specific actions like the golf swing. The system combines detailed joint-by-joint analysis, movement mapping, and practical corrective strategies to identify where motion is limited, excessive, or poorly timed. By improving the body’s ability to adapt and distribute load effectively, Anatomy in Motion is used to reduce pain, enhance performance, and uncover the root causes of movement dysfunction rather than just treating symptoms.</image:caption>

<image:title>Force Plate - UNDERSTANDING YOUR CENTRE OF MASS & BASE SUPPORT</image:title>
<image:caption>The force plate system provides detailed insight into how a person distributes and controls force while simply standing in a static posture, which is more useful than it sounds. By measuring centre of mass, weight distribution between feet, and subtle sway and rotational patterns, it reveals underlying imbalances, asymmetries, or stability issues that often go unnoticed. In golf, these static tendencies frequently carry into movement: for example, a golfer who naturally biases weight toward their toes or one side while standing may struggle with balance during the swing, leading to common faults like early extension, swaying, or inconsistent ground force use. Because the golf swing builds from setup, understanding these baseline force patterns helps coaches connect posture to dynamic errors—showing how an inefficient starting position can disrupt sequencing, power transfer, and club delivery before the swing even begins.</image:caption>

<image:title>Enhancing Movement Resilience - OPTIMISE MOVEMENT FOR LONGEVITY</image:title>
<image:caption>My approach to injury prevention is a bit different from traditional rehab or strength training. Instead of isolating muscles, I focus on restoring natural, three-dimensional movement through joints—especially the feet, which are the foundation of the whole body. Here’s how that translates into preventing injuries: 1. Restoring natural joint motion (not just “strength”) Many injuries aren’t just about weak muscles—they’re about joints not moving as they should. I look at how joints like the foot, ankle, knee, and hip are supposed to articulate in gait. When those motions are restored, forces distribute more evenly, reducing overload on specific tissues (like tendons or ligaments). 2. The foot as the starting point I place huge emphasis on foot mechanics. If your foot can’t pronate, supinate, or adapt to the ground properly, that restriction travels up the chain—affecting knees, hips, and even the spine. Improving foot mobility can offload chronic stress elsewhere, which is a big factor in overuse injuries. 3. Re-integrating movement patterns (especially walking) Rather than training muscles in isolation, the system uses gait-based exercises. Walking is treated as a diagnostic and corrective tool. By refining how you walk, you’re effectively practicing better movement thousands of times a day—making injury prevention more “automatic.”</image:caption>

<image:caption>The Bull3D System process begins by ‘mapping’ the player’s body. This allows the movements made by the player during their swing to be analysed allowing a better understanding of where swing faults originate and how this can cause injury. From this, Caroline is able to apply her understanding of injury and its causes along with her knowledge of the golf swing to aid a player in making change to benefit them both from a golf performance perspective and from an injury management and prevention perspective. The performance analysis and improvements can be applied both to work with Caroline directly or to work you are completing with your existing coach. Caroline is equally comfortable working with you on your golf game or working with you and your coach to help get a better understanding of what is causing either swing dysfunction or pain as a result of your golf swing..</image:caption>

<image:title>Personal Training (Copy) - TPI FITNESS</image:title>
<image:caption>Based on the FMS findings, TPI further evaluates, reveals and understands a golfer’s current physical profile and capability. Supporting and utilising these findings, instigate Golf specific training strategies for the development of mobility, stability and endurance then through to correct, developmental, strength, power and cardio fitness progression. Performance may be dramatically improved by ensuring the athlete gains an understanding of their body’s movement patterns in relation to their specific sports requirements. Caroline will design and initiate individualised training into Golf/sport-specific workouts. The aim is to identify any resistance, postural movement complexities, addressing and tackling any physical limitations revealed, inhibiting the potential of an athlete achieving their optimal performance.</image:caption>

<image:title>Injury Management (copy) - TRAINING PHILOSOPHY</image:title>
<image:caption>Injury management starts with assessment of the underlying issues and this is followed by a diagnosis of the cause. After diagnoses it is essential that the individual understands the issue, its cause and the solution to the issue. The individual is then taught the steps required to create a long term resolution, without regression, which translates into an understanding of the fundamental life movements required to avoid further injury. This encompasses both sport or activity specific application and also specific training that will help to further prevent recurrence of injury.</image:caption>

<image:title>Injury Management (copy) - The McGill Method</image:title>
<image:caption>As a certified McGill Method practitioner following training under Stuart McGill, Caroline has also studied corrective strategies alongside spine and shoulder function. Caroline believes in the fundamental principle of spine hygiene which looks to replace problematic movements with alternatives that promote spine health. Caroline understands that training upon dysfunction results in both deficient performance and new or further injury and therefore approaches training with the following 5 steps: 1) Corrective exercise to groove motor patterns in a safe manner 2) Building stability throughout the body across all joints 3) Enhance endurance 4) Build strength, and finally 5) Enhance power, speed and agility.</image:caption>
