ABOUT ME

CAROLINE BRADLEY

My name is Caroline Bradley, and I am a qualified PGA golf professional, Anatomy in Motion practitioner, and personal trainer with a lifelong passion for coaching and human movement.

Throughout my career, I have been fascinated by how the body moves and why so many people struggle with mobility, efficiency, and accessing their full physical potential—whether in everyday life or sport.

This interest led me to study human movement in greater depth through Anatomy in Motion, where I developed a clearer understanding of the body as a complete three-dimensional system. I learned how each joint functions under both optimal and restricted conditions, and how movement limitations can lead to compensation patterns, pain, injury, and reduced performance.

A key part of my work involves understanding how previous injuries—such as ankle sprains, fractures, or long-term compensations—can influence posture, gait, and overall movement quality. By observing how a person stands, moves, and walks, I can begin to understand the unique story their body is telling.

These movement patterns often show up clearly in the golf swing and other sporting activities, affecting balance, power, and consistency. By identifying these limitations, we can work to restore more efficient movement strategies that support both performance and everyday function.

MY PHILOSOPHY

I believe the body is designed to move as an integrated system, and that pain, restriction, or reduced performance are often a reflection of how that system has adapted over time.

Movement patterns are shaped by experience - injuries, habits, environment, and sport all leave their mark. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I look at how and why the body has adapted in the way it has.

By understanding these patterns, we can begin to rebuild more efficient movement, reduce unnecessary compensation, and improve how the body functions as a whole.

My goal is to help people move more freely, reduce pain, improve performance, and build a deeper awareness of how your body works - so you can feel and perform at your best in both life and sport.
